NAMAs
Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs) refer to actions that developing countries take to reduce emissions in the context of sustainable development and that are prepared under the umbrella of a national governmental initiative. The concept was developed during the negotiations that followed the Bali Action Plan concluded at COP 18 in Doha.
