COP30 Student Guide

13 Nov, 2025

This student guide explores how different academic disciplins are relevant for fighting the climate crisis and can get involved with COP30.

At ClimaTalk, we believe that climate action belongs to everyone, no matter what you study, where you come from, or how much you already know. This student guide explores how different academic disciplines can make an impact in the fight against climate change and how you can get involved with COP30; that is the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference, which will take place in Belém, Brazil, from November 10th-21st, 2025.

Our mission is simple: to make climate discussions accessible, engaging, and empowering. Whether you’re a climate activist, a curious student, or just wondering how your subject connects to the bigger picture: this guide is for you. From economics to literature, from law to medicine, every field has something to offer in tackling the climate crisis.
