COP30
COP30 will take place in Belém, Brazil from 10-21 November 2025.
This COP will be a pivotal conference in terms of the fact it is just 5 years until 2030, the year by which the Paris Agreement has attempted to halt global warming to “well below 1.5ºC”.
With emissions and temperatures at an all-time high, COP30 needs to be a turning point in terms of mobilising and operationalising climate action in all areas of the UNFCCC.
