Paris Committee in Capacity-building

Established in 2015 at COP 21, the committee was formed to address current and emerging gaps in implementing and enhancing capacity building in developing countries. PCCB consists of 12 members from developed and developing countries, meets once a year and reports to the Conference of the Parties on its progress and activities.
